Web Engineer

We're looking for a Web Engineer to help shape one of Tellent's most important growth channels - our website. Working as part of a dedicated Web Pod alongside our Web Designer and Head of Growth, you'll own the technical foundation of our HubSpot CMS, build scalable components, improve website performance, and enable experimentation. You'll also play an important role in ensuring our website is optimised for both search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. Your 12-Month Journey During the first 3 months: Get fully onboarded on our HubSpot CMS architecture, module library and tracking setup. Audit the existing website and identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability. Deliver your first new or improved HubSpot module alongside the Web Designer. Ensure tracking across key pages is accurate and reliable. Within 6 months: Expand our module library, enabling marketers to build pages more independently. Improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance. Launch A/B tests together with the Head of Growth. Deliver technical SEO and structured data improvements in collaboration with the SEO team. After 1 year: Own the technical architecture of Tellent's marketing website. Continue evolving our module library and development standards. Drive website improvements that support performance, experimentation and discoverability. Be a trusted technical partner for Growth, Marketing and Design.
