As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking to reinforce our team with a  Technical Development Manager (m/f/d) for our Hamburg or Düsseldorf office. In this role, you will be responsible for technical due diligence, elaborating new building design and refreshment concepts for existing properties, building permit application processes, tendering infrastructure and construction works and end-to-end management of technical execution. More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to Participation in the development of product and usage concepts as well as feasibility studies for new developments or portfolio upgrade projects; Technical lead on the technical design for new buildings (e.g. multi-level logistics) or refurbishment concepts. Assess the technical potential of landbank opportunities and existing assets; Performing technical and environmental due diligences on to be acquired brownfield sites; Lead the building design process in collaboration with customers, architects, advisors and other stakeholders; Advising clients on the best possible technical solution for project; Drive the permitting process, including supervision of all required documentation, negotiating with local authorities in this reg
