Project Lead

We are currently looking for a new Project Lead in the development team for Belgium & The Netherlands. The development team works on multiple projects across the full lifecycle of a property, starting at identification and acquisition of strategically located properties and landbanks, over (re-)development of those sites, leasing of new builds or repurposed assets. As a project lead, you will steer the project and its project team throughout the lifecycle of the project.  It is your responsibility to advice on key business decisions, set the project objectives and key results and steer the process and project team likewise. You will have the opportunity to combine your technical and commercial expertise in a flexible role depending on your interest, background and business' needs.  On a daily basis, you will be involved in the following technical and commercial processes and project tasks depending on the stage of the project. More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to: Land sourcing: Assessing financial and technical potential of landbanks leads; Acquisition process: Performing technical, environmental and legal due diligences; negotiating purchase agreements based on the financial and technical potential of the site and the identified risks; Site preparation: Ensuring proper ownership transfer and managing site until redevelopmen
