As a Solution Engineer at Tellent, you’ll partner with Strategic Account Executives to help customers understand how the Tellent Suite solves complex hiring, HR, and performance challenges. You’ll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and guide customers through technical validation by translating business needs into scalable solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, you’ll support integration discussions, proof-of-value engagements, and technical decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and customer interaction in a fast-paced SaaS environment. About the Team The Solution Engineering team works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support strategic opportunities across the Tellent Suite. We’re collaborative, curious, and focused on delivering strong customer experiences through technical expertise, tailored demos, and scalable enablement. Your journey at Tellent First 3 months You’ll immerse yourself in the Tellent Suite and other add-ons, our personas, and our sales methodology. By the end of this period, you will: Acquire deep knowledge of the Tellent product offering and sales methodology to lead standard demos and support technical discovery. Familiarize yourself with technical validation workflows, including RFPs, security reviews, and integration requirements. After 6 months You’ll become a key driver of the strategic sales cycl
