Junior Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-time, 24 hours/week)

As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be the backbone of our financial execution across our entities. With a knack for detailed execution and a high sense of urgency, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a critical, hands-on role where your efficiency and precision directly contribute to the company's operational smooth running and compliance. Your 12-Month Journey During the first 3 months: You’ll immerse yourself in our core financial systems and processes, focusing on Payhawk, Netsuite and Cobase. You will take ownership and help the senior AP specialist with the daily invoice processing and payment runs. Your primary focus will be inputting data accurately, and ensuring all transactions are correctly coded and documented. Within 6 months: You will be the go-to expert for Accounts Payable, answer questions from vendors and colleagues, handling end-to-end invoice processing, expense reports, payment scheduling with high efficiency. After 1 year: By the end of your first year, you will have established yourself as the key operational driver for AP. You will be recognised for your leadership in improving the speed and accuracy of these processes, contributing ideas for further automation within our systems, and providing reliable execution that allows the wider Finance team to focus on strategic tasks.
