We’re hiring a Senior People Operations Specialist (AMS) to support and execute core People Operations processes across our U.S. and Costa Rica workforce. This role sits at the center of day-to-day People Operations execution — ensuring employee processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly across the employee lifecycle. Beyond execution, this role serves as a trusted first-line resource for managers and employees, providing timely, sound guidance on lifecycle, leave, accommodation, and employee relations matters and partnering with leadership and counsel on more complex situations.
