You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful customer engagements, architect tailored solutions, and ensure the flawless implementation of Wrike’s platform. By blending pre-sales engineering with post-sales delivery, you will play a critical role in accelerating customer time-to-value, driving platform adoption, and fueling Wrike’s organizational growth. Your Impact: End-to-End Delivery: Drive the complete customer onboarding lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring. Pre-Sales & Scoping Support: Partner with the Sales team on complex scoping requirements, creating custom tailored demos and articulating the value of Wrike’s professional services.
