Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with our Product and Technology organizations in a highly strategic capacity. This role is open to candidates based in the Netherlands (Zaltbommel office) or in Vienna, and while the title sits at Senior HR Business Partner level, we equally welcome candidates currently operating at Head of HR or HR Director level, the title reflects the function and its closeness to the business, not a ceiling on experience. What matters most is that you're excited by a hands-on, high-impact partnering role. In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective people and organizational strategies. Working closely with Product and Tech leadership, you will help shape organizational structures, strengthen leadership practices, and enable high-performing teams across multiple offices. Your primary stakeholders are managers and senior leaders, whom you will support in navigating complex organizational and employee-related topics.
