Senior Compliance Officer – Surveillance

IMC's APAC Compliance team works closely with our Trading and Technology teams to manage the regulatory risks of our trading activities across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. With IMC's expansion within APAC trading activities notably in the systematic equities space, this role sits at the centre of that growth with a real scope to shape how trade surveillance is done across the region and globally. As Senior Surveillance Lead at IMC, you will set the strategic direction for APAC trade surveillance while remaining hands-on across the full scope of day-to-day surveillance work. You will own the surveillance programme across IMC's APAC trading entities — covering equities, derivatives, and commodities across multiple markets — and lead a small team of surveillance professionals, with the opportunity to grow that team as the business scales.
