Software Engineer – Application Platform

IMC's Platform Engineering team in Sydney works closely with our global counterparts to deliver the runtime environments and services on which IMC's cutting-edge trading and business applications run. We work on a wide variety of systems and tools that utilize a combination of in-house, open source, and third-party technologies. We are currently looking to expand our Application Platform team. The Application Platform team helps turn IMC software into running applications. We develop and operate scalable, self-service systems and tools to configure, distribute, deploy, upgrade, and operate trading and supporting components in data centers around the world. We use input gathered from a range of internal stakeholders to design and implement creative solutions to efficiently keep tens of thousands of services and applications running and up to date. Your Core Responsibilities: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance, globally distributed Go applications. Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and internal customers across local and global teams.
