Procurement Analyst

At IMC, our Procurement team plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently and commercially sharp. We're seeking a proactive, reliable, and commercially minded Procurement Analyst to join our Sydney-based team within a leading global trading firm. As a successful Procurement Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across trading, technology, and operations — as well as colleagues globally — to deliver effective sourcing, supplier management, and commercial support across the business. You will take ownership of your work, drive outcomes, and ensure procurement operates as a trusted and value-adding function. Your Core Responsibilities Perform end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, and purchase order administration. Analyse spend and supplier data to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely, efficient procurement outcomes that align with strategic and operational goals. Assist with supplier management, including tracking performance and maintaining strong working relationships. Contribute to process improvement, compliance, and cost optimisation initiatives. Partner with the global procurement team on cross-regional projects and initiatives.
