Meta Operations & Commercial Specialist

Job Purpose The Meta Operations & Commercial Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of meta-search partnerships and the commercial analysis that drives their growth. Serving as a key partner-owner, this role combines "feet-on-the-ground" operational management with tactical data insights to optimize Travix’s volume and profitability across platforms like Skyscanner, Kayak, Google Flights and others. Key Responsibilities Partner Management & Operational Execution First-Line Partner Contact: Serve as the primary operational partner-owner, documenting and actioning all calls and daily requirements from meta-search partners. Tactical Negotiation Support: Support the Commercial Manager in (re)negotiations by providing regional and country-specific performance analyses. Operational Stability: Act as the liaison with TPM and pricing to perform performance analysis and feed health checks, resolve price inaccuracies, and ensure a "best-in-class" partnership experience. Roadmap Influence: Translate daily operational hurdles and partner feedback into tactical insights that fuel both internal and external product roadmaps. Commercial Analysis & Performance Steering KPI Tracking & Reporting: Manage the set KPIs; monitoring volume, margin, CVR, and Partner Quality Scores.
