[US DC] Senior Manager, Planning

The Fulfillment Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Senior Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U.S. distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.   Job Responsibilities   Manage the team that is responsible for the on-time creation of daily production plans  Track progress to and deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving and root cause analysis  Assess and identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks and plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, HR and Operations leaders Utilize production planning tools and track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Fulfillment Planning tools and processes and complete them on schedule  Manage a team of Fulfillment Planning Managers Report to the AD of Fulfillment Planning    Key Characteristics   Thought leader in deve
