Senior Quality Manager   Night Shift (Back-Half) : Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM HelloFresh, is seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Associate Manager. The FSQA Associate Manager  is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. The position supervises and supports the salaried FSQA Are Managers and hourly FSQA Associates. Additionally, the position supports developing, implementing, and managing food safety and quality control systems designed to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. You Will… Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Supports investigating (and correct) internal issues and complaints relating to food safety and quality. Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of salaried FSQA supervisors and technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within. Provide all employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction. Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any other FSQA requirements. Coach and train FSQA employees, including Supervisors, to follow company procedures and processes, evaluate team productivity and accomplishments.
