Transactional Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Transactional Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the organisation’s transactional finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Cash Flow Management. Reporting to the Head of Fianance, his role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining strong financial controls, optimising working capital, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.  So, what goes into making that happen? Accounts Payable Management  Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments  Organise/support preparation of overseas payments  Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve payment-related issues efficiently  Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, policies, and payment controls  Monitor creditor balances and optimise payment cycles and working capital outcomes  Accounts Receivable Management  Manage the Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management  Monitor debtor ageing and drive collection activities to minimise overdue accounts and bad debts  Develop and implement effective credit control procedures and policies  Collaborate with operational teams to resolve customer billing and payment dispute
