In this multifaceted role, you will act as an Operations Engineer, taking ownership of the stability, performance, and scalability of our proprietary trading systems and supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure our systems operate at peak efficiency across global markets.   What You Will Do Respond quickly to any technical issues affecting in-house trading applications Optimize our infrastructure for business needs Utilise project- and change-management tools to maintain and configure trading infrastructure Analyse and enhance exchange connectivity Investigate latency issues and bottlenecks.
