About the Role: At Blueprint, Escrow Officers are more than transaction managers, they are trusted partners to real estate agents and their clients. This is a highly collaborative, team‑based role focused on delivering an exceptional closing experience while navigating complex, high‑volume pipelines across multiple markets. As an Escrow Officer, you will own your files end‑to‑end while working closely with internal partners across title, operations, and client engagement to move transactions forward smoothly. You’ll be expected to think critically, solve problems quickly, and escalate issues with sound judgment, always with the client and agent experience top of mind. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment, works independently without losing sight of the bigger team, and brings strong organizational system
