Your daily job As a Technical Project Manager at AME, you contribute to our company’s success by guiding product development projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will work closely with customers, cross-functional project teams (electronics, mechanics, and software), sales, and the factory to ensure successful project delivery. Your projects typically begin with a customer request or assignment. Together with sales and the technical team, you develop a fitting solution for the request at hand. The final milestone of each project is a smooth and successful transfer from development to production. To achieve this, you are responsible for managing your projects within quality, timeline, scope, and budget, including identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans when needed.
