Talent Acquistion Coordinator (6 month contract)

This role is focused on coordination, administration, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple functions. Key responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews, including complex, multi-stage processes across different time zones Arrange candidate travel, including flights, accommodation, and logistics Support the setup and management of service agreements, purchase orders and expense claims Lead data hygiene audits in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and completeness Support preparation and logistics for job fairs and recruiting events Create simple one-pagers and supporting materials for recruitment activities Provide general administrative
