We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to join our growing business in the region. Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, you will be measured by achieving your team's overall quota and growing consumption amongst some of Databricks' top strategic accounts in SEA. This is a team that is passionate about building a data ecosystem, technically knowledgeable and have a strong desire to drive value for our customers. This is a fantastic aopportunity to build upon a highly successful team achieving significant year on year growth, in a fast growing business which is a hugely impactful part of the APJ sales organisation. We are looking for owners, who will go the extra mile and want to be the very best at what they do. The position will report to the Strategic Enterprise Director. The impact you will have: Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed your teams quarterly/annual sales targets. Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers. Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners, and lead cross-functional teams.
