S'more about the team As a Staff Analytics Engineer , you will be the technical architect and strategic lead for data assets driving HelloFresh’s growth globally. Data-driven decision making is at the core of our company culture and your extensive experience and knowledge across technical and business related topics will enable us to make better and faster decisions. You will work with teams across the Growth Alliance - for example Conversions, Payments, Pricing/Benefits, Communications and Adtech - by proactively identifying opportunities and building data infrastructure for insights and AI usage. You will be an influential member of the Growth Analytics team, mentoring other team members and leading the adoption of new technologies and ways of working. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Lead Data Quality & Strategic Optimization: Act as the final authority on SQL/Python reviews and own strategic systems . You will resolve systemic deficiencies, manage non-functional requirements like global scalability, and make high-level design trade-offs in ambiguous, high-risk situations. Architect Robust Data Models & AI Foundations: Drive the design of scalable models and create AI-ready data foundations . You will transform data through medallion architecture (Bronze to Gold) to ensure high-quality feature engineering and "truth sets" that intuitively reflect complex business logic.
