Senior Revenue Accountant

As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Toast’s global revenue accounting processes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Billing Operations, and Enterprise Applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in revenue recognition. A day in the life (Responsibilities)  Analyze revenue transactions to ensure data accuracy and proper accounting treatment within the ERP system (NetSuite) and the revenue system (Zoura Revenue / RevPro). Prepare and review monthly revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses in compliance with Company policies and US GAAP (ASC 606). Collaborate closely with GL Accounting, Billing Operations, and FP&A teams to support all month-end close activities. Drive cross-functional projects and process improvements impacting revenue accounting and reporting. Support the design, implementation, and execution of key revenue controls and system enhancements within NetSuite and Zoura. Draft and maintain whitepapers and documentation related to revenue policies, controls, and accounting positions.
