JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a  Senior Python Django Developer who has been involved in a wide range of impactful projects and knows how to help clients achieve their goals at scale. With your experience, you identify, evaluate, and implement the solution that best aligns with client needs, technical constraints, and long-term sustainability. You are confident explaining complex technical decisions in clear, accessible language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, proactively identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement early in the process.
