As our Senior Manager, Data & AI , you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience leaders, and executives to define and execute an AI product strategy that transforms how lending teams and borrowers interact with the mortgage process. You will own the roadmap across document intelligence, workflow automation, and data-driven decisioning—embedding AI directly into our Point of Sale experience. You are equally comfortable writing a crisp product spec, pressure-testing an ML pipeline with engineers, and communicating tradeoffs to executives.
