Senior People Business Partner

Datadog is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to work closely with business leadership and our People team to sit in our São Paulo office and help support our growing Go-to-Market (GTM) team in Latin America. This person will work closely to support the specific needs of our team members across the region while working strategically on People programs and initiatives.    This is Datadog’s first PBP based in LATAM, so you'll be the primary People contact on the ground for the region.  Datadog has had exponential growth year-over-year and has no plans to stop - there is a lot to learn from and contribute to our rapidly scaling team.
