Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you contribute to shaping a world-class employee experience while ensuring operational excellence in HR service delivery. You will lead the development and execution of the People Services Transformation Roadmap in ASM, supporting process harmonization, system optimization, and service delivery improvements across the regions working alongside other Data, Process, System team members. You collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency, compliance, a
