This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about operational excellence, process improvement, and employee experience, and who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with China People Head, Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, while continuously enhancing efficiency and scalability. What You Will Mainly Focus • Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, payroll, benefits etc. • Ensure high standards of data acc
