You will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, mitigating component obsolescence risks, and enabling new product and technology transitions through disciplined execution of engineering, manufacturing, and customer qualification activities. This role serves as the cross-functional leader responsible for driving complex change initiatives across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Global Product Support, Product Management, and external suppliers. Success requires strong technical program management skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive alignment across organiz
