This will require a strong leader that is highly skilled in people, process and technology across ASM’s ALD operations. Further, the role requires someone who is not only skilled in R&D/Innovation, development, engineering and design for manufacturability, but also someone who is adept at process and organization, continuous improvement and working with and managing people across cultural dimensions in developing and delivering the ALD technology roadmap.
