About the Role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, DoD/IC/FSI, you will serve as a strategic, senior individual contributor managing our most complex and mission-critical customer relationships within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal System Integrators segment. This is a specialized role that demands deep expertise in government security compliance, identity and access management, and the unique operational cadence of classified and unclassified federal environments.
