Senior Business Support Associate (Investment Reporting, and Data Analytics)

About the Role: We are seeking a team member with strong financial, investment reporting, and data analytics capabilities to support portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and client insights. The role is responsible for maintaining investment data integrity, producing high-quality client reporting, and delivering actionable portfolio insights through dashboards and analytics. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial databases, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools. Experience with diversified portfolios, investments, and/or python is highly desirable. Investment Reporting & Data Management Maintain the architecture and integrity of investment data feeds, ensuring all accounts are properly linked, mapped, and named. Coordinate with trustees, internal stakeholders, and external platforms to ensure accurate data flow and reporting. Upload and maintain private investment positions and related records. Perform monthly reviews of asset classifications and escalate exceptions requiring further analysis and resolution. Create and maintain tables, schedules, and support analyses for quarterly client reports.
