Your goal is simple: make sure the system works, stays organized, and remains aligned with our company objectives, customer requirements, and applicable standards. In this role you will be working closely with Business Process Owners, not only related to Quality Aspects, but also Information Security and in the near future Environmental, Occupational health departments. In other words, you will work with many different teams. You will manage changes and transitions within the Management System and ensure they are effectively implemented through training and Quality Planning. You will also coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and communicate key results and actions to the Leadership Team. You will contribute to the Management Review process, helping identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions that support the continued development of our Management System.
