Quality Engineer

Build quality into every product and help shape the future of AI-powered software. As a quality engineer at Gallup, you'll help deliver software our clients can trust by partnering with product managers, software engineers, designers and fellow quality engineers to ensure quality in every stage of the software development life cycle. Rather than simply executing test cases, you'll apply systems thinking to identify risks, develop thoughtful validation strategies and help ensure every release delivers an exceptional customer experience. As Gallup continues to expand its AI-powered products, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to testing intelligent workflows and emerging AI capabilities. What You’ll Do Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer workflows, system interactions, APIs, data flows, integrations and technical dependencies to identify quality risks and determine the most effective validation strategy Collaborate within Gallup's Product Operating Model alongside product managers, software engineers, designers and fellow quality engineers to ensure quality in every stage of product development Design, execute and maintain manual and automated tests across user interfaces, APIs, integrations and end-to-end workflows Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or comparable modern automation frameworks Perform exploratory, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing to uncover system risks and validate critical customer experiences I
