About the role Patient in-take coordinator Bilingual Spanish, Specialty Pharmacy provides crucial operational and sales support to pharmacy patients, the Sales team, healthcare providers, and referral networks. Serving as a primary liaison between patients, doctors, insurance providers, and internal teams, this role ensures seamless client onboarding, accurate data management, and swift care coordination. What you'll do Welcome patients to TrustRx Pharmacy: The enrollment team is the first point of contact for every patient, prescriber, and attorney who reaches us — from answering the phone and completing intake, to following up on refills and address updates. New or returning, you're the voice they hear first.  Patient & Client Onboarding: Ingest and accurately record client and referral information into the internal database; maintain and update existing referral records. Custom
