People and Culture Business Partner

S'more about the team The People & Culture Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a Strategic People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational success. The working hours for this role are currently Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM. As our site ramps up and grows with time, we expect the weekly schedule to shift to a Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Working schedule and hours may be subject to change. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Develop strategic relationships with your business partners by building trust and influencing business decisions. Ability to understand business goals as well as design and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead change initiatives by providing guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of organizational changes. Manage full-cycle People programs (including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, organizational design, benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and offboarding) to support operational and strategic business needs.
