We partner closely with cities to deliver safe, sustainable alternatives to cars and reduce congestion and emissions.   Job Summary: We’re looking for a dependable Overnight Operations Specialist (Driver) to support fleet operations across New York City. In this role, you’ll drive a company van throughout NYC during overnight hours, repositioning e-scooters/e-bikes, swapping batteries, and ensuring vehicles are safe, charged, and ready for riders by morning. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently at night, and confident navigating city streets. Shift : Overnight: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM Two consecutive days off each week Responsibilities : Safely operate a company vehicle using app-based routing across NYC Load, unload, and transport scooters and e-bikes (50–90 lbs) Rebalance fleet from low-demand to high-demand areas Swap batteries and ensure all devices are properly charged Perform basic diagnostics and flag damaged or malfunctioning vehicles Clean, disin
