Safety and operational excellence are embedded in our culture. This role is based in our Singapore office and reporting into the Operations Supervisor. He/She will be part of a fast-paced team coordinating operations activities, liaising with transporter on loading delivery and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth delivery of our shipments. Key Responsibilities for Operations Executive Organise and coordinate vessel schedule requirements and intended activities. Coordinate operations activities, liaise with transporter on loading delivery and co-ordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments. To ensure the smooth facilitation and processing of customer’s shipments within required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and timeframes without supervision To provide full customer service support to allocated customers. Handle region import & export shipment, working closely with local network partner for actual arrival and update in-house system Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
