A day in the life As a Guest Onboarding Consultant — Toast's version of an Implementation Specialist — you partner directly with restaurant owners to bring their Toast platform to life. Working alongside the Core Onboarding Consultant, you specialise in onboarding Toast Modules, guiding customers through configuration, setup, and go-live preparation. You'll manage multiple onboarding projects at once, acting as a trusted advisor who combines product expertise with project management skills to deliver a seamless experience. What you'll do (Responsibilities) Leverage your Toast product knowledge and project management skills to partner with restaurant owners during the Onboarding phase before Go-Live. Conduct consultation meetings with customers, walking them through Toast's guest-facing modules (e.g. Online Ordering, Toast Tables, Loyalty, Gift Cards, Catering & Events,etc.) Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations by enabling restaurant owners and staff to utilise Toast modules.
