Your daily job As a Manufacturing Manager at AME, you lead our factory organization across Electronics Manufacturing, System Assembly, and Mechanical Manufacturing (plastics injection moulding). You are accountable for the overall factory performance in a low-volume, high-mix environment where quality, flexibility, and reliability are critical. You lead approximately 80 FTE through 4 Production Managers, report to the Operations Manager, and are part of the Operations Management Team.
