Manager International FSQA (all genders)

The role As Manager FSQA (all genders), you will play a key role in ensuring food safety and quality standards across our distribution network in DACH and UK. This role will lead the professionalisation of compliance within our 20 hubs in DACH and an expanding network of 4 hubs in UK, while supporting HelloFresh Delivery Network operations.  Your mission will be to improve, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems that meet legislative requirements, HelloFresh Standards and BRCGS certification standards. You will embed effective processes and training while mitigating FSQA risks and ensuring audit readiness, all to protect our customers and drive operational excellence.   What you’ll do You act as the FSQA expert for logistics in DACH and UK, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and due diligence at all times Furthermore, you take ownership of logistics FSQA  performance by setting up governance, building trackers, and driving KPI reporting In this role, you lead/support crisis and incident management, coordinating investigations, resolutions, and projects related to traceability, temperature control and cold chain management You establish and maintain a QMS aligned with BRCGS Storage & Distribution standards, supporting certifications and recertifications in DACH and UK.
