Your work As a Lead Mechanical Engineer at IQIP, you will guide the mechanical engineering process from concept to delivery for large and technically complex equipment used in foundation and installation projects. You will act as the main technical contact for mechanical systems, lead a team of engineers, and ensure that design solutions meet functional, safety, and quality standards. Your leadership ensures that projects are completed efficiently, with innovation and integrity, and are ready to perform in the world’s most demanding offshore environments.
