JOB PURPOSE Responsible for financial controls and group-wide reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, group accounting policies, and applicable laws and regulations. Works in close partnership with the Lead Consolidation & Reporting, aligning on responsibilities and jointly safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of consolidated financial reporting. This role has overall responsibility for the control environment and process governance, while the Lead Consolidation and Reporting focuses on execution, systems, and detailed reporting activities. Provides technical direction, drives continuous process improvements and supports the development of junior team members.
