JOB PURPOSE Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to kick-start your career in paid media? We are looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, managing campaigns across both search/social channels . You’ll help drive performance, analyze data, and learn from hands-on experience with multiple platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights. Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and creative content. Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results. Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Interest in digital marketing , especially PPC and social advertising. 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong
