Junior BIM Customer Experience Specialist

For our Digital Customer Experience team, we are looking for a Junior BIM Customer Experience Specialist : someone with experience in BIM practice who wants to help bring BIMcollab to the market from inside a SaaS company. You have worked as an architect, engineer, BIM coordinator, or BIM specialist. You understand the daily reality of BIM professionals because you have been there yourself. But what you enjoy most is not necessarily project delivery itself. You enjoy explaining software, helping others work smarter, solving workflow questions, and making complex digital processes easier to understand. At BIMcollab, you will use your BIM knowledge to help thousands of professionals successfully work with our platform. You will support users, create educational content, improve onboarding, contribute to our knowledge base, and help us continuously improve the customer experience. This is a role for someone who wants to move from working in the BIM market to helping shape the BIM market through software .
