Injection Molding Supervisor

About the Role AmbaFlex is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily injection molding operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products. This role is responsible for coordinating people, materials, machines, molds, and production schedules while driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The Injection Molding Supervisor reports directly to the Injection Mold & Maintenance Manager and serves as a key leader within the manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Safety & Workplace Organization Promote and enforce safe work practices, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment through 6S standards. Identify and address safety concerns proactively. Production Planning & Execution Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements. Schedule and prioritize jobs, machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs. Monitor production performance and adjust resources as needed to meet production goals. Quality & Process Control Ensure products meet established quality standards. Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
