Information Systems Maintenance Specialist (IT department)

We are looking for an IS Maintenance Specialist to join our team at BTA. As a member of our team, you will work on a Baltic level, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our information systems. Please note that this position is not a IT support role. The role is focused on information systems maintenance, analysis, testing, and configuration rather than hardware setup, device installation, or day-to-day technical support tasks. We will entrust you: Overseeing the information systems. Providing consultations, training users, and assisting in solving their issues. Configuring software and maintaining system documentation. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and providing remote support. Responding promptly to system disruptions and resolving them. Testing new deployments and ensuring quality. Creating testing scenarios.
