Information Security Specialist Business Enablement — Nikon Europe B.V., Amstelveen Purpose As Nikon Europe strengthens its security posture and prepares for NIS2 and broader digital transformation challenges, we are expanding a new Information Security team of three specialists based in Amstelveen. We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to take responsibility for the hands-on implementation and continuous improvement of technical security controls across IT and OT environments. This role focuses on operational security, vulnerability management, incident response, and supporting secure project delivery. Working alongside an external consulting company, Japanese HQ, and European business stakeholders, you will help turn global frameworks into practical, consistent implementation across multiple Nikon companies. Role & Department Summary You will be part of a small, newly formed Information Security team reporting to our IT/Security Manager,, with additional oversight from Information Security Headquarters to ensure global alignment. You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, shared service centers, and regional business units to implement and maintain security controls, ensuring that all subsidiaries follow a unified approach.
