Head of Accounting and Reporting

Having started our journey in January 2018, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities. We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee and strengthen our Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring strong financial operations, effective controls, compliance, and scalable processes to support the company’s continued growth.   The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep technical expertise and experience managing complex international finance operations in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities   Lead all accounting, tax, treasury, and cash management activities across multiple international entities and jurisdictions    Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across global operations    Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries    Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management
