Fulfillment Operations Lead

What You'll Do: As our Fulfillment Operations Lead, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of our fulfillment operations — making sure physical credentials and training materials get to the right people, on time, every time. You'll lead a team of Fulfillment Specialists, drive process improvements, and partner closely with our Credentialing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. This isn't a "manage from a distance" role. You'll be in it — supporting your team, solving real problems, and building the kind of operation you'd be genuinely proud of. On any given day, you might be: Leading the team through a high-volume day and keeping shipments on track Digging into fulfillment metrics to spot trends before they become problems Working with Reporting and Compliance teams to resolve credentialing discrepancies Coaching a Specialist on a better way to batch and process orders Forecasting supply needs and managing vendor relationships Identifying a manual process that's begging to be streamlined — and fixing it
