Your role We are looking for an entrepreneurial dealmaker to work directly with the founder and help build Everest for the long term. You will shape where we invest, build relationships with owners and capital partners, and lead transactions from the first conversation through closing and handover. The ambition is to build the capabilities and capital base for progressively larger acquisitions. What you will own Define our acquisition criteria and priority sectors, focusing on profitability, durable demand, recurring or repeat revenue and capable management. Build and own dealflow through relationships with business owners, intermediaries, investors and operators. Lead underwriting, valuation, financial modelling, diligence, negotiation and transaction execution, coordinating specialist advisers.
